Eurowhip offers a product far superior to whipped cream recharge cartridges. I've seen the residue left by cartridges every time I have to take apart and clean the dispenser. No more. I am trying to create a light and fluffy triple espresso cheesecake with vanilla meringue and am getting more lift in my experiments now and no longer find an aftertaste that I did not realize was there until a purer product took it away. I could not be happier. If things continue as they are, at the next get-together of our 'foodies' group cooking competition, that cheesecake is going to make many new fans of Eurowhip
